Here are some guidelines that are not really essential if you happen to have common sense. Here goes...

It’s a co-working space. Meet new people, acquire skills and knowledge. Discuss things with everybody and good things will happen. Sometimes even outlandish things!

Be kind. Give and receive. Ask for help and lend an idea to those in need. The more insights, ideas and thoughts the merrier.

Share space with co-workers responsibly and be kind the everything and everyone in. You know the deal:

  • Keep it tidy and return stuff you moved to its rightful spot.
  • Contribute to the space: if you drink coffee, bring some yourself or make it up with kindness.
  • Collaborate. Help others. Respect everyone’s space. Don’t disturb people who are wearing headphones.
  • Respect the differences and value all the people around you.
  • Do your dishes. Put rubbish in the bin.
  • Spread the word to like minded people. Because maybe they have no idea?

HUB provides you with all you need to accomplish awesome things

But in case you were wondering,
some do not stuff:

  • Don’t break the web, servers, devices or passwords or do other mean things.
  • Don’t spam others.
  • Don’t steal stuff (that includes torrents!).
  • Don’t download anything you wouldn’t want your mother to see.
  • Don’t download or send anything that could break the Internet, or someone’s devices or property.
  • Don’t be a jerk to others, respect their right to privacy and publicity.
  • Don’t mine data.
  • Don’t create a false identity to confuse others.

Be responsible to the HUB and its contents and devices at all times. Like a normal person would.

Don’t play with matches. Or lighters, gas, wirings or leave the window open when you leave. Basically don’t do anything you wouldn’t do at your grandma’s. Because she’d find out, and so do we.

Lock the doors, close the window, don’t let anyone in you don’t know or lend your door card  to others.

If you’re the last one to leave the HUB, check that all the lights are out and windows closed, and then lock up.

Read your contract’s Terms of Agreement. Or have someone perform a rap song with its contents. You need to know that stuff, there’s no getting out of it.

Pets are awesome, and children aswell. Bring them along but make sure they are behaving responsibly. Unattended children are given a double espresso and a free puppy.

If you behave badly, you sadly have to leave without previous warning. Remember what happened to that one kid who didn’t let others study quietly? Exactly.

It’s a good idea to have your stuff that you keep at the HUB insured. You know, just in case.
